Is your screenshot with horizontal lines? This is definitely a hardware problem or a driver problem. If you cannot solve it by updating and resetting the drivers, you can try to reinstall Windows. But if this is not enough to solve the problem, then it could be a screen problem and you need to let someone repair the laptop hardware.
