Also make sure to pick mspaint.exe from the system directory C:/Windows/system32/mspaint.exe since a shortcut or similar may not accept external files either.
Lastly if you have downloaded a wallpaper from the Workshop and unpacked the .pkg file then what you have does not include the source image files and you cannot edit the images. The source files would only notably increase the download size for everybody and are not required for the wallpaper to work, so they don't get uploaded. You can still ask the creator for the source project in this case to edit it.
I can edit images that i importet myself.
So probably its because i downloaded it from the workshop.
But maybe you can help me again. I want to have a picture disapear when i click on it and i have an asset for that but i cant change the image from the orignal to mine. Do you know if this is possible?
