Los fondos de pantalla a los que estás suscrito en Steam Workshop comenzarán a descargarse automáticamente si desinstalas y reinstalas Wallpaper Engine.

The wallpapers that you are subscribed to on the Steam workshop will automatically begin redownloading if you uninstall and reinstall Wallpaper Engine.

No tricks. You should be able to view your subscribed workshop items without having wallpaper engine installed and they will begin downloading again when you reinstall. You can also favorite them to find them again later.
