Make wallpaper engine ignore one monitor?
I have 5 monitors in this configuration:

⬜⬜⬜⬜

I want it to ignore the top row monitor, so i can landscape across the other 4. How could i do this? I cannot move, or remove that monitor.

Hey, this should work if the lower 4 displays are perfectly aligned in Windows. If you are unsure, please share a screenshot of the Windows display setup (the one where you can see all displays, this is actually what Wallpaper Engine uses to determine the screen positions).

i will take a screenshot when i get to the office tomorrow. But right now when i select 1 wallpaper across all screens, it always tries to put part of it on top row screen, which then throws off the bottom 4 displays.

So if i select "stretch single wallpaper"--in this case i grabbed a 7680x1440 wallpaper, it looks like this: on my 5 screens: https://1drv.ms/u/s!At6aT_WquLgmv3BFZ6hGgH2xjfir?e=gZa7Ws

and here is the windows configuration: https://1drv.ms/u/s!At6aT_WquLgmv3FdRcbinEKeAPYG?e=dumGu8

It looks like screen 3 is a few pixels higher than the rest which is probably the cause of this issue.

I readjusted the screens for now, and it still will not ignore the top monitor, and the bottom 4 are now in line.

Thanks. Which layout option are you using in Wallpaper Engine? If you are using "stretch single wallpaper" then it's expected to do this. What you would need to do is use "wallpaper per display" and then use the group buttons to create a group that includes the lower monitors only.

This should allow you to do what you want, as long as the lower monitors are aligned perfectly, but it looks like they are (it's a bit difficult to check due to the image compression).

Thanks for the help, that did it! I wasnt aware of the grouping function, but now that i have those bottom 4 in a group the long wallpapers work great! Thanks for the awesome program too, i use it on both my work and home computers everyday.

Im not sure if you still need a good answer . I was messing around and found out that when you open wallpaper engine and it ask you how you want to set up the monitors that theres an option thats called group. you can group whatever monitors you want together to span the wallpapers across, i would just group the ones you want together and disable or change the wallpapers on the other...
