Razer Synapse and Wallpaper engine LED effects not working?

Hi! So my LED effects used to sync to my wallpapers and now its not working at all anymore and I can not figure out how to fix it. I have uninstalled Synapse 3 and reinstalled and it's still not working, everything is enabled and the Synapse software is saying the Wallpaper engine is running so I am unable to change lighting myself. Plz help I am going nuts.

Hey, make sure to turn off Wallpaper Engine while reinstalling Razer Synapse, otherwise that will not work. We're still working on a fix with Razer on this matter. Please try to reinstall Razer Synapse again:

1. Turn off Wallpaper Engine
2. Uninstall Razer Synapse / All Razer Software
3. Reinstall Razer Synapse / All other Razer software
4. Restart your computer
