We don't know how Razer Synapse communicates with those devices from other vendors. This is all completely invisible to Wallpaper Engine. We're just sending colors through the Chroma SDK and this is likely where the issue is. Razer Synapse itself does *not* use the Chroma SDK, only thirdparty apps do.
However when I tried to verify the issue now, I get the same behavior as wallpaper engine as from other games (The case light do not function) This means my problem is most likely with my installation of synapse. I'll reinstall and see if I can return to the same point.
Unfortunately I don't know how the other devices from the other brands are connected to Synapse or how that works so it would really be something you would have to ask Razer about if you can't figure it out.
Also, it's always possible your wallpaper just sends a black color by freak coincidence in a specific location. But if you test this with the stock "fantastic car" wallpaper and the LEDs don't light up then it's safe to say that there is a color being sent to all devices that isn't just black.
