If you have a laptop with a hybrid GPU then make sure to reset both the Intel and Nvidia video options.
Maybe Windows assigned the other graphics card in case you have a laptop with a hybrid graphics solution or it's just not hardware accelerated.
I have a PC with just the Integrated HD 630 IGPU. I did reset the settings, and i wiped the drivers too. I tried changin the settings in WPE too, but no success. Im starting to think, that maybe the files are bad that im trying to use. They are all MP4 1280x720p 60fps, and 1680x1050p 60fps.
The name is:
Blue Archive: Hanae
I uploaded it again in offline mode, and it was pink.
I used it from the workshop too (the one i uploaded a couple weeks ago) and its the same pink...
I dont know whats the problem. A couple weeks ago, everything was fine.
When i uploaded it, it was fine, and it worked perfectly...
The problem started yesterday, when i wanted to upload a new Azur Lane L2D wallpaper in offline mode for myself.

The advice we offer there usually fixes problems like this for affected users, I cannot remember any similar case where it did not work. Be sure to try all steps again and manually check if you ever installed any weird codec packs or similar that might be breaking the video playback in your Windows installation.
If these things don't work, I am honestly at a loss but this isn't strictly speaking a Wallpaper Engine issue anymore. You could try and reinstall Windows (or upgrade to Windows 11) and see if that fixes it.
Everyday we face new problems. And this was a new one (for me)
