To use some wallpapers only on one PC, you could copy the wallpaper files out of Steam's system (right click, open in explorer) and then unsubscribe them.
Your subscription list is stored by Steam in your account, so your other PC will receive the latest subscriptions when you connect Steam to the internet again (and run Wallpaper Engine at the same time).
I want to delete some wallpaper not supported in my work laptop, however i still wanna keep that wallpaper in my gaming rig. will it work?
What you could do is make a copy of them on your gaming rig, then unsubscribe them. The best way to deal with it is making it independent from Steam. So you can use your copy directly, drag and drop it into the browser, instead of using Steam's subscription system.
