Is it possible to use Wallpaper Engine with no internet?

Next week i'll be travelling and won't have internet but last time I did that, none of the Wallpapers were usable or loaded and it said I had to redownload them all over again.

What could I do?

It should work fine as long as you use it without Steam. Start it directly while Steam is closed: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\wallpaper_engine\wallpaper32.exe

If you run Steam in offline mode and then start Wallpaper Engine, Steam will tell Wallpaper Engine that you have no wallpapers subscribed instead of that it's offline.

(Also re-downloading means that Steam's file cache broke, so Steam just downloads everything again. One thing that causes that is crashing Steam.)
