Video Red Line in Center

The red line comes from your AMD driver. Disable the 'demo mode' to remove it. (This video is apparently outdated with the new 17. drivers but there is still a demo mode option! Most likely in the video settings! AMD has not updated the info on their website at the time of writing this, they changed their layout but didn't update their info therefore I do not have a better link for you right now!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V30xr9Oej-U

Please look for 'DEMO MODE' in the Radeon/AMD graphics dialog and just turn it off and the AMD driver stops displaying that red line.
