Redline dividing the screen

As the title says, in some backgrounds there's a red line going vertically on my monitor, right in the center of the screen. Don't know if or how I can post pictures of this...

Hey,
do you also have this line when you open the respective file in Windows Media Player (not VLC etc)? You can find the video files here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\431960

What graphics card do you have and which version of Windows are you using? Are you on a laptop with multiple graphics cards by chance?

I'm using a desktop, Windows 10 and the gpu is a R9 Fury card.

And I presume you have this issue with all of the video wallpapers from Workshop? Even the stock one (called shimmering particles)? Or does it also occur with others that aren't videos?
