Razer Goliathus extended Mouse Pad
Why doesn't wallpaper engine change my mousepad color? I see wallpaper engine is connected on Razer Synapse. And all the boxes are checked in Wallpaper Engine's settings. But my mousepad isn't changing color.

Wallpaper Engine is not really aware of what devices are plugged in and generally all of them should work. It may be an issue in Chroma itself, try to re-install Razer Synapse 3 from scratch (uninstall first) and then restart your system. If that does not work, please reach out to Razer directly, I am afraid we cannot help with this:

it's working now. No idea what I did but it's all good now.
