Not working with razer synapse

hi there i am having trouble with wallpaper engine working with razer synapse. i have all the correct settings turned on but when i choose a wallpaper it doesnt change the lights on my keyboard to the set lights of the wallpaper. it has been like this since i restarted my pc a few days ago. and yes the wallpaper engine is turned on as a chroma app in razer synapse and ive also turned off every other chroma app in synapse but that hasnt done anything.

Hey, some other users had the same issue with the latest Razer Synapse update. Try this:

1. Turn off Wallpaper Engine completely (!!!).
2. Uninstall Razer Synapse and all other Razer software from your PC.
3. Download the latest version of all Razer software you have uninstalled and install it.
4. Restart your computer and restart Wallpaper Engine. Make sure Wallpaper Engine is not running until the end of step 4.
