CMD Windows opens every 10-20 Minutes and Rocket Dock Issue

Hey guys, I love Wallpaper Engine but since some weeks I am running into a problem with it.

Every 10-20 minutes Wallpaper Engine opens a cmd window, which closes after some milliseconds. This annoys me very hard, that's why I tried to solve the Problem on myself. First I only closed WE and I could not see the cmd Windows open itself again. Then I tried it on another PC which had a clean Windows install (no other programms than steam) and it was there too. That's why I think that it only can be this Program.

I already read some posts about this phenomenon, but for those people another program was causing the issue. The funny thing about this is, that my friend has the same programs and almost the same computer as me but he does not have this problem.

Besides, WE has some problems with Rocket Dock, when booting everything gets laggy till I click anywhere.

Have you experienced the same Problems and could fix it? I would be very happy if someone could help me

My Setiings were on 60 fps, and I ran in 64-Bit Mode if it helps.

Do you have MS Office 365 installed? This was a known issue from an update they put out about 2 or 3 weeks ago and was patched in an update late last week. If you have Office installed, force an update and it will fix the issue.
