iCUE & Chroma SDK
I have it enabled, and SDK enabled on my iCUE but on wallpaper engine it says Not loaded. Is that a reason this isnt working for me?

Maybe you are missing this if it says 'not loaded' although it's enabled: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145 make sure to install it for both, x86 and x64

thanks! it loaded, now everything is all white and I cant get it to sync

Which devices do you have exactly and which wallpaper are you using? Try the stock 'razer bedroom' wallpaper for now, this should show a simple scrolling rainbow on the keyboard.
