Report a translation problem
The screenshot tab and artwork tab have no filtering and they have nothing to do with Wallpaper Engine. They are just Steam things, every game has them, and people can use them to upload anything.

Since when do you have Wallpaper Engine? Steam has been known to occasionally return incorrect results, but Valve has since improved this a lot and it often fixed itself after a couple of minutes. So I would be surprised if this is a new persistent issue, but it could be.

The unspecified category exists so that lazy people don't just put their wallpaper in the first category that they see, it's the Wallpaper Engine trash pile.
