Wallpapers keep freezing

Hi, I'm on a 144hz monitor and even minimal video wallpapers are freezing. Like the popular ying yang one. I've tried 30 fps, 60, 144, doesn't seem to matter. I have a beast processor, video card, and a ton of ram. Any help would be appreciated. Love the app, thanks!

When do they freeze, in the moment they loop?

Well, some of them don't seem to have a loop (is that possible? like the yin-yang one, very popular, but now even that one freezes). It just seems to be random, but more common now and much earlier. The first week or so when I used it most of them did not freeze, but the heavier ones (like music videos) freeze sooner. After running for a certain amount of time they are all freezing though. Sometimes at the loop, but it seems like that isn't the reason.

Are the advanced settings all using default values?

You could try to change the 'video loop' option, if you have Windows 7 though, the alternatives there will make it flicker black so that won't help. There was one change that you possibly had active but I removed it yesterday, it should only have affect pausing/looping though.

I am on Windows 7, x64. I've also noticed at times it makes my PC have other windows lag. Like firefox, spotify, when opening and closing will sometimes do that. Then when I reboot Wallpaper Engine, it fixes it. I'll try to figure out what's causing it...thanks for the replies
