Halp meh change the taskbar to fit the wallpaper

So, I've put my laptop into shape by reinstalling everything, including this awesome app and ended up with a taskbar that looks like a dark glass(fully transparent with a black color?) somehow, and now I want this on my desktop. I've tried transluscentTB, but it's either gives full transparency or adds a blur to some degree. Any help?

It just sounds like you want to use the basic customization features that come with Windows to me, check out some guides on that, like this one for example:

well, that's not it.
I want it to look like this

but for some reason it looks like the start menu on the same picture
