How do you slow down speed of wallpaper?

I've just got wallpaper engine installed and found this wallpaper (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/discussions/816353979)
However the character moves around the screen too fast. I'd like to have it so she is slowed down.

Without downloading the wallpaper myself: If you select it in the installed tab, there are options on the right below the preview image, see if there is "playback speed" or something similar.

Thank you. I didn't realize there where settings inside the wallpaper engine under installed wallpapers. I was just right clicking on the wallpaper engine icon and going to settings.
Found a playback rate and was able to adjust.

Hi ShadowNinja, can you go over how you changed the playback speed on your wallpaper? I have wallpaper engine opened and I'm in the settings option in the installed tab. I'm not seeing an option to change the playback rate. Any input will help. Thank you.
