Although I don't think it should come from the project, it's basically a background image with a pulse effect and a preset fog effect, is that true?
As for the project, that's exactly that ! The source image is clean. Strange thing is if I open the project in the editor, the dot also appears here. It's always at the same place, and it's now present in the mirrored version, at the exactly same place (but mirrored)
Note that it dissapears with a program restart.

You may even want to uninstall your Intel drivers first and then install the latest drivers from there in order to perform a clean re-installation.
Maybe it will be easier to keep you updated on this thread if I have the issue with the new rig ?
