About the adjust windows color setting...
What is the difference between "eveything" and "accent color". I might be missing it, but from my view I don't see a difference in what parts change colour.

Also I'm on windows 10.

"Accent color" should be just toggles, tiles in the start menu and similar items, while "everything" should be accent color plus a coloured taskbar, start menu and similar items.
