Any way of slowing down "playback rate" lower than 10?

So, what the title says it basically. I can't get the slider lower than 10 on any of my wallpapers.
Is it possible to put it on 0 for example?

If you click the "Share JSON" button at the bottom of the wallpaper settings panel, you can change "rate" to any value you want and then click OK to set it on that wallpaper. It seems like the playback rate has a hardcoded minimum of 10% however, so setting to anything below that acts the same as it does at 10%. You can set it much higher than the normal cap of 200% if you want to though.

If you want to set playback rate to 0 you can right click Wallpaper Engine's icon in the system tray and click Pause. This will affect all wallpapers until you unpause.
