Top part of chrome is black
don't know what else to say. as soon as i downloaded this my chrome is now black at the top.

You enabled the option 'Adjust Windows color' in Wallpaper Engine. Then it sets the Windows color to whatever was defined by the wallpaper you applied.

You can disable that again and after that revert Windows to what you had in the theme options of Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17144/windows-10-change-desktop-background
