Wallpaper won't move
So whenever I have a moving wallpaper and I open any program it just stops moving. Is there any setting that prevents this or am I screwed

In the settings performance tab there are settings to pause based on if you have an application open or fullscreened, you may have it set to pause all instaed of pause per monitor or keep playing
