If you browse using Wallpaper Engine, rather than Steam you can set it to not show Mature content (I think this is the default setting).

It looks like you can also use Family View in Steam's settings to block content at a per game level so you could try that.

go to the filter section and select age rating, you can turn off adult content

you're suppose to use the thing inside the software not the steam workshop

if you have a problem seeing it, you can ignore it like the rest of us. although i gotta say.... from what ive seen its quality, just not something id want on my desktop.
