Wallpaper Engine Support for .mkv files?
I wanted to make a high quality wallpaper using wallpaper engine, but noticed that it doesn't support .mkv files, only .mp4. Is there any plans for supporting mkv files?

You cannot upload mkv. Workshop is mp4 only because it is the most cross-compatible format and has most widespread hardware acceleration support.

As WE utilizes windows' media foundation, it is most likely impossible as it apparently does not have support for .mkv containers (correct me if i'm wrong).

If you are in need of high quality videos, you might want to go with AVI files instead.
