Wallpaper Engine Slow Boot when razer synapse 3 is enabled on startup

Razer blade 15
ddr4 16 gigs ram
i7 8750h
1070 mq
samsung evo 970 1TB

For some reason wallpaper engine, waits for razer synapse 3 to finish loading before loading the wallpaper.

There is no connection between the programs, the PC could just be busy with loading Synapse before loading Wallpaper Engine. If both are registered as services, it's possible that Synapse prevents other services from starting, Windows fires them up one by one and the services are responsible to not occupy everything on launch for too long (i.e. Wallpaper Engine should return immediately, it's all split up into several processes).

The "slide show killer" can be enabled from the options too, it will try to remove the Windows 10 Creator's Update login effect as well. But like butcho said in the other thread, disabling the slide show is best, because the effect might shine through from time to time.
