How can I get the nsfw images in my application

Open the filters in Wallpaper Engine and enable/check the mature filter, now use Wallpaper Engine to search in the workshop for terms like: nsfw, nude, sexy, mature, porn, a$$, boobs, breast, v4g1n4, x-ray, lingerie, etc. You will find tons of mature content even with the filter unchecked.

This question isn't exactly on topic but I believe it's close enough. How would someone upload their own nsfw wallpapers to the app without it getting taken down and getting a user in trouble?
