Will my wallpapers delete after new system

im planing to factory reset my windows 10 , and i wonder when i reinstall wallpaper engine are my wallpapers gonna be saved in Engine?

Steam handles wallpaper subscriptions, so they are tied to your Steam account. Your playlists and settings will be gone, though. You can try and back-up the config.json in your wallpaper_engine directory and throw it back into the folder after re-installing Wallpaper Engine on your new machine.

So Only Playlists and settings will be gone but not the Wallpapers Themself?

Steam will redownload them automatically. When you "download" a wallpaper, you really just subscribe to it and Steam will consider it part of Wallpaper Engine, like a free DLC sort of.

im doing factory clean system so starting from scratch

i just needed to know if i redownload wallpaper engine will my wallpapers redownload2 on the new system
