The crash is happening in the Windows kernel itself so the issue is likely some general problem with your computer (either broken hardware or software packages). I also see that you have had multiple Bluescreens according to the log, so there is likely something broken about your computer, either from a software or hardware point of view. Since the crash is not really happening in Wallpaper Engine, I cannot really help any further with this I am afraid!
