Issue With Uploading to the Workshop {Long Post}
I recently received an error when using the Wallpaper Engine workshop that, whenever I try to upload something new, update an already existing wallpaper or even change the visibility of a workshop item, that it completely denies any changes whatsoever.

The error I get in the workshop is:

"Unable to change visibility
There was a problem changing the visibility of this item (44). Please try again later."

The error I get in Wallpaper Engine:

"Steam service is read-only. If you changed your password recently, Steam does not allow uploading new content. You must wait a few days. This is not an error in Wallpaper Engine and caused by Steam alone. The developers of Steam are enforcing this."

Yes, I changed my password about 4 hours prior to doing anything related to the workshop.

I've also contacted Steam support and they replied with:

"I'm afraid we don't have any insight into this error as each developer creates their own tools specific to their game for uploading to the Steam Workshop

I suggest to reach out to this program's own support team for assistance, they will be your best resource for help with this error."

My question is how long do I have to wait before I can start using the workshop again?

So for those who ever come across this issue, steam support told me that the cooldown is 5 days.
