ต้องไปเปิดใหม่wallpaperมันถึงจะขึ้นอะครับผมอยากให้มันเป็นauto run ต้องทำไงหรอครับ?

Hey, go to the Wallpaper Engine settings. In the "General" tab, you can enable autostart for the program.

i can't see it in genersl tab , i found one tick box ,it say give a iprioritize when the system started

Yes, that is the correct place, if you mark that setting as enabled, Wallpaper Engine should start automatically.
