Yeah, you could do that, but putting things on USB sticks is kind of retro, simply publish your video to the Steam Workshop and share the link, that's the whole point of Wallpaper Engine. See a tutorial here:

(Keep in mind that Windows 7 only supports Full HD in case some of your friends use Windows 7.)
Sorry, I am unsure what you might be doing wrong. Since this is a relatively popular feature which seems to be working fine for everyone else I am not sure if you may have misconfigured something. In the Wallpaper Engine settings, at the bottom of the "General" tab, there is a reset button, maybe click that to ensure you did not set any weird options. Also, are you sure you have configured Windows so that it is not cloning your display instead of extending?!
I fixed the wallpaper getting remove from both monitors. As for the flashdrive, some of my friends don't have Steam, so yeah. One dosen't even have internet. That's why I want to put it on a flashdrive as a file or something.
