Wallpaper engine is pink, why?

Recently wallpaper engines wallpaper has turned to a strange red color. Any idea what causes this and how to fix it?

Do you only have it with this wallpaper? Looks kind of weird, could be that the author updated and broke it somehow. Try turning off Wallpaper Engine completely and then verify the files of Wallpaper Engine like this:

If you have it for all video type wallpapers, then it's because your drivers are misconfigured (this is usually the reason):
