the issue seems to be that you have a playlist which is empty and Wallpaper Engine tries to switch to "nothing" which is an error case that we have not caught so far because that should not really happen, the best explanation I can currently come up with is that you have a playlist that consists only of wallpapers that have been retroactively banned from Steam, but that's just a wild guess.
Could you go to your Wallpaper Engine directory and share the config file with us via www.pastebin.com so that we can have a look at it? The file is located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\wallpaper_engine\config.json".
After you have shared it, you can delete the config.json (and any other "config.json" file, like config.json.bk for example) in your wallpaper_engine directory, this should fix the issue for you (make sure to turn off Wallpaper Engine completely before). We will patch the issue in the next release of Wallpaper Engine but that will still take a while until it is released.
Thanks for fast response.

And before deleting config, I've checked and there was a playlist with 2 missing items in wallpaper engine. Dont remember doing that XD. I removed the items from the playlist. Now 0 items in playlist.
The files above were uploaded before changing the playlist thing.
Either way, obviously the application should not crash because of this, so we will fix that as I wrote above, apologies for the inconvenience!
The truth is that I didnt even notice that there was a playlist at all XD
