how i add smoke to a wallpaper?

im trying to make a wallpaper with a light smoke or clouds in the back ground as its a tron bike in the city.

any help? never made my own before. ty

After importing a background image, you can add one of the smoke presets. In this example it's fire but smoke is right next to it: http://wallpaper-engine.wikia.com/wiki/Tutorial_Changing_Color_of_a_Preset
