How do i change the position of the partical effects

im trying to put a partical effect on the right but it is always in the middle can somebody help me

You have to click on the translation gizmo at the top. http://wallpaper-engine.wikia.com/wiki/Gizmos In the next update it is just selected by default to make it simpler.
