Well did the LAV codecs or other settings help discussed above? It means either audio or video codec from that video cannot be loaded by the stock video system from Windows. But the errors Windows produces are so generic that it is not clear whether it is the audio 'or' video codec.

I will list the potential solutions again:

- Disable 'video audio output'
- Install LAV codecs: http://steamcommunity.com/app/431960/discussions/2/1484358860951576217/
- Update audio and graphics drivers and make sure Windows has all available updates installed.
- Remove or temporarily close any audio manipulation software, especially if it was preinstalled (Nahimic, Sonic Studio, anything that overrides the normal audio drivers).
