As far as I know, I don't think so. An alternative would be to screenshot your list and send it to him/her or you could send them the links to the wallpapers.

Is there any more word on this? Have your minds changed on offering this at some point? Just curious. I was thinking of sharing my fav picks each month but obviously can't atm. It would certainly be a nice to share playlists. :)

We haven't decided on how to implement this yet. Workshop Collections would be perfect for this, but they are missing a few features to make this work well.

Thanks for the response Biohazard. While I'm sure you folks have considered many methods of accomplishing this, I'd still like to just throw out a thought or two on the subject.

Have you considered saving play-lists as "searches"? That "saved search" would be what we would upload as a Workshop Collection. Other users could then download the "Play-list as Search-list" and could then view the play-lists without committing to downloading but rather they could download only the ones they choose as when normally browsing the Workshop.

It might also be nice to see a combined download size for each play-list, along with the avg file size, largest file, and perhaps the option to "download all"?

The collections would likely be shown to user similar to the "rows" you can see in the discover tab, so that comes rather close to what you described. This is far from a final idea though, once we get to it we'd think about it a little bit more before implementing it.

Hi, I would love this idea to become a feature. I just want to point out an idea that I think would work. You could try to do something similar to what you could do in arma 3 mod sharing. It would generate a .html preset file of all the subscriptions in the playlist. So when your friend imports it, it would tell the program to subscribe to it and to put it in a playlist preset.

We ran into some technical issues / limitations back when we attempted this in 2019. I think it's still something that we'll probably give another go and implement it in the future in a different way that we attempted back then, though I definitely don't want to raise any false hopes at this point. Sorry about this, usually we're more strict with public promises like this.

as you know that would def spread the word about wallpaper engine since (speaking for my self) I would want some of my friends to get it and share my playlists with them

Yeah i have a maplestory playlist of 160 wallpapers. would be nice to share easily, even as a steam message that can be loaded in via text box copy paste, but yes i agree using the community feed or some internal discover playlist would be better
