[RESOLVED] 3D wallpaper works fine in local, missing textures in workshop

Sorry if it has been reposted already (have searched but didn't found any related post)

I made a 3D wallpaper from scratch (without the dome and everything) and used a lil set of models (all made in blender under the format .blend) The wallpaper works perfectly in all ways in local for me.

But when I try it via the workshop, all the textures are ommitted. And the package that should have been 12Mb is only 2Mb. I tried sending the local version of the wp to a friend so he can try it, it works perfectly for him from there. but when we try the version uploaded in hte workshop, no textures and yellow/black checkers everywhere instead.

What's going on? Did someone else run into the same problem? I'm pretty sure it's a problem related to the workshop transfert and conversion.

Sounds like it is not packing the textures in the last step, could you send these files to me ([e-mail]) so that I can reproduce it?

The weirdest is, i made some other 3D wallpapers with the same kind of files, but using the dome template instead of a blank 3d scene, and these ones worked perfectly even from the workshop. I kinda don't get what's going on... I know i'm a semi-n00b in 3d but still. :/

Thanks, I'll check them out later in detail, it should be easy to find if it happens on my end too.

Alright, I think it was because for some reason the material paths had lots of slashes. I'm just aggressively normalizing them now, you can switch to the beta and delete the three '.mdl' files from the models folder - this will prompt the editor to recompile the models and then you can just publish it and it should work.
