Random wallpapers everyday

Can I just choose category and filter like Most popular (Today) and the engine would use new wallpapers everyday?
I get bored of wallpapers fast and it's bothersome to look for new wallpapers and install them.

This has been brought up before and I think it could be nice, but I want to try some alternative solutions to filter wallpapers first, because building this on top of Steam's most popular only will return lots of wrong wallpapers too.

Also Steam will have to be running and it will show you as in-game when the program refreshes the list or requests Steam to download new ones.

The other solution is public playlists I can subscribe to.
