is there a way to update my old wallpapers?

is there a way to update my old wallpapers because I want to make smaller files,
the problem is only when I click in wallpaper engine editor on the open button, there are only my newest wallpapers (I did on my PC a factory reset 3 mohnts ago and the old pictures I made last year)

is there a way to edit them or have I to make new wallpapers? (would be not so good)

Judging from what you have wrote, I assume you have lost the source files (including the project.json file). Then, you will need to use another method.

Since the content server will check the workshop id to determine whether the wallpaper is new or not when you upload a wallpaper, you can upload a updated version of your wallpaper after changing the workshop id by editing the project.json file to replace the old version of your wallpaper. To find the workshop id of your old wallpaper, just go to the workshop page of the wallpaper and check the url. The workshop id is the number after "?id=".

Did you try to put the source file into directory file directly instead of through the "Create Wallpaper" page but still got this error?
