Wallpaper Engine does NOT load wallpaper after restart !

I installed Wallpaper Engine and everything works fine. I can choose a wallpaler and it shows the wallpaper correctly with anymations.
However when i restart my computer Wallpaper Engine is running in the backround but the wallpaler i did set last time is not showing as my wallpaper. Instead i get the wallpaper witch i set in Windows 10.
I do have enabled the option "Start with Windows".
I did also enable "Set high priority" before i restarted my computer but now it is showing "Set high priority" again so i think my settings are not stored.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?

I get this also on Windows 7 64bit. It no longer starts with windows. I have to manually start after every windiws restart.

I had this problem but It's easily fixable.
Go onto Steam right-click on Wallpaper Engine, click properties, local files, verify integrity of application files. Then it will verify and update and It will work.
