Cannot go in workshop
Just to say, I haven't had this problem before. I could go in the workshop without a problem but it suddenly doesn't let me anymore.
I still have my downloaded wallpapers but I can't access the workshop, this is the error I keep getting;
"Steamworks could not initialized, please try to restart Steam and afterwards Wallpaper Engine. If you continue seeing this error, this means that your PC cannot correctly authenticate with the steam serversm check your internet connection and whether you have logged into the correct steam account. Do not launch Steam as administrator, that prevents Steamworks from connecting to Steam. An anti-virus or security software could be preventing Steam and Wallpaper Engine from working together as well, try turning that off."

What I find weird is that I had no problem at all in the beggining, it only recently started doing this. I have looked online for any help at all but nothing, I never opened anything as admin either so I am not sure why this happens. I restarted, reinstalled, cleared the Steam cache, I only have window's defender on my computer and it has nothing to do with it. I ran out of ideas so here I am now, whoever knows the problem let me know!

Well, it looks like you did your homework, normally I would have just linked this FAQ article and that does usually resolve it.

The issue is pretty rare and I do not have any concrete ideas that you have not tried already, so I'd just start by letting you run the scan tool and posting the log file it produces as described here:

Maybe there is something odd about your setup that I can see.

I really don't see anything weird about your setup. So just to be on the same page, you have re-installed Steam and Wallpaper Engine and both of these attempts did not work?

Did you really fully delete the Steam directory (except for the SteamApps directory of which you can keep a backup that you can move back in after re-installing Steam)? In cases like yours, a re-installation of Steam pretty much always solves it, so I would recommend you try to first uninstall Wallpaper Engine and then uninstall Steam and re-install it afterwards.

Follow the "Manually Removing Steam" section at the bottom of this Steam Support article to uninstall Steam while keeping all games:
