Changing the base resolution of "Stretch single wallpaper"
Ok so heres my deal, I have 4 monitors (3 across and 1 above the middle one of the 3) ((not sure if its worth mentioning but the all of them are 1920x1080 except for the one above which is 1280x720)) but I try the "stretch single wallpaper", and when I do, the resolution appears as pixely and grainy, and this is because the resolution of it is locked at 1920x1080, is there any way I can make it a higher resolution for the "stretch single wallpaper" option? any help is appreciated!

Not sure if I am understanding you correctly (what wallpaper are you using exactly?), but if you are trying to stretch a 1920x1080 wallpaper across three screens, it will definitely look grainy and there is nothing that can be done about that. You should use the filtering options in the application to find 4K or higher resolution wallpapers and then try to stretch those across your screens.

Yes, I was trying to stretch a 4k wallpaper across 4 screens, but the option where it says
"Stretch single wallpaper" says that it can only be 1920x1080 and I cant seem to find an option to change it.

Could you post a screenshot of the configuration you're looking at?

That label is just wrong apparently, it's still showing the resolution of your primary monitor instead of the sum of all monitors. You can ignore it, it has no meaning.
