Breathing images
Been looking for a guide online, (rather new). Though I can find videos on how to make wind effects and other small changes. (Shout out to Calibur Master on YT for teaching me.)

I can't seem to find a video or guide on how to make a breathing imagine from a static 2d image.
(Like the Fallout New Vegas / The Courier)

The only rough idea i have at the moment is finding or editing a scene, then using or making a model with a transparent background to overlap it so the background is not effected by any alterations to the character. Though after that, I'm not really attuned to the effects well enough to know what would work best to make it seem alive.
