On android based phone?
can the wallpapers created using this programe be used on android including the animated ones, I know you can with unity but this program looks more intuitive for the purpose.

Given that the animated wallpapers are just mp4s, yes you can use them on any android launcher that supports mp4 or webm for a background.

I'd advise against it personally though, it drains battery real bad.

I am curious though if there is a way to rock it on your phone, and then source it to your PC to lessen the load, but greatly enhance the stream. If you could let me know nearly 3 years, and what it seems is worlds away from that date you answered the other question! ;)

I don't see how streaming can reduce battery drain. Also correction to the first answer, there are different types of wallpapers: scene, web, app and videos, obviously only videos are "just mp4s".
