Why is everything Chinese?
From wallpaper names and descriptions to the comments , %90 of the language is chinese. Did I bought wrong product?

Sounds like you just simply have the wrong language setting. Assuming you're using the Windows version of the program, right-click the tray icon and bring up the Settings, go to the General tab, and make sure the UI language is set correctly for your system. "Default" (meaning your OS's default) should be an option.
