When I restart my PC, the background doesn't stay?

I open my PC up after turning it off overnight but I have to turn on wallpaper engine before it comes up. I would rather have it just be there when I open up my PC. any help?

Have you set Wallpaper Engine as "Start with Windows"? If you haven't, try to right click the Wallpaper Engine tray icon -> Settings -> General -> check the "Start with Windows" option.

Sure you're clicking on the correct icon? There's no features option in the list. Setting that aside, if you open Wallpaper Engine you should see a cog icon above the top right of the window that shows all of your installed wallpapers, that will take you to the settings screen as well.
