inappropriate and guideline breaking uploads
I just browsed trough the workshop (without any filters) and i noticed a few pages(5 or so) later that there is a lot of wallpapers that include nudity or straight out pornography (sometimes even depicting minors).
Some of them have been there for like a month.

Seeing some of these makes me just sick but more importantly, it would leave a very bad impression on normal people and Steam administrators about this software.( even though it's nobody's fault from the dev's side)
Even worse is how the before mentioned uploads might even break the law in some countries...
Shouldn't there be Workshop Moderators or something there?

We moved everything to the in app workshop as we can have age rating filters. Which makes it firstly easier to moderate, Secondly we have more options to customize it. As it says on the workshop banner, you're advised to use the in app one.

If you believe there is law violating content, you can report such in-app.

No, the steam browser.
The author of this topic has marked a post as the answer to their question.

Oh, i just noticed the banner, my bad.
Thanks, that solves my problem.

Still, i'm a bit concerned about that Steam has such content...
Nothing we can do about it.

You'd be surprised what "inappropriate" content is within the art section of any game that has a female character as one of the main people. If anything the developers should just add an NSFW section for wallpapers so then they're completely in the safe zone.
I looked and I did not see any "depicting minors".
As for things being illegal. I didn't see anything illegal in pretty much all civilized countries.

Things that could be considered illgeal in 3rd world countries most likely already blocked this game/steam anyways. And nearly anything showing any woman or cartoon is illegal in those nations so no one cares.

i just check the "ready-to-use" section and it's still there. Some things there are illegal in Germany.

Yes, but not everyone lives in Germany to distribute those.
Possession isn't really going to land you in jail for cartoons from here.
If a person is so worried about this, then they don't need to download it.
